Hunter Mense on Playing Free and Finding Belief

Hunter Mense is a former professional baseball player, Team USA member and now the minor league hitting coordinator with the Toronto Blue Jays. As a former professional baseball player, Hunter combines the skills that he had as an elite level athlete along with a masters degree in Sports Psychology.

Combining these two skills has lead to him continuing to climb the coaching ladder and contributing to the ascent of the Blue Jays organization as a whole.

In this episode you will hear us talk about his path, his successes an athlete, how he incorporates mental performance training with his current athletes, and what skills he believes work best for today's athlete.

We hope every athlete takes something away from this show to add to their game!
